2 Ingredient Dark Chocolate Peppermint Bark
Ingredients:
12oz of good quality dark chocolate, melted
Candy canes, crushed
Optional ingredients:
Peppermint extract
Sea salt
In a microwave safe bowl, add dark chocolate and coconut oil. Melt in the microwave in 30 second intervals until fully melted. Stir after each interval. Crush your candy canes and add them into the melted chocolate. Combine all together. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread your melted chocolate and top with more candy cane. Place in the freezer for at least one hour or leave it in there over night. Break into pieces, place in a plastic bag, and store them in the freezer!
