1:1 Personalized Health Coaching

Introduction calls are 15 minutes over video or phone call. We will get to know each other, discuss your health history, and present health goals.

Follow up sessions are 30 minutes, every two weeks. We will discuss any changes in your health, what worked for you and what didn't. We will work together in creating a step-by step health plan.

Final sessions are for clients who feel like they have reached their health goal. We will say our goodbyes!
