Spicy Herb Carrot Fries

Carrot Fries! 🥕😱One of the BEST hormone friendly and healthy snacks that you NEED to try! Crispy, spicy, and herby you’ll forget all about craving fast food fries! Here’s how to make these delish alternative carrot fries:

Ingredients:
1 pound of carrots
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Zest of half a lemon
2 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 tablespoons of salt
1 tablespoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1 teaspoon of paprika
Garnish: dried parsley and Parmesan cheese

Set oven to 400. Wash and cut your carrots and place them in a baking sheet. Pat them down with a paper towel to remove any excess water. Drizzle with olive oil and add in your spices. Toss everything together and bake for 30-35 minutes or until they are crispy. While hot out of the oven, toss with dried parsley and Parmesan cheese. Dip in ketchup or whatever you desire! 🤍
